3. Orders and Payments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

For bespoke services and large events, a deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due as per the agreed schedule outlined in your specific service agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard Orders: Cancellations for standard flower or plant orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund.
• Bespoke / Event Services: Cancellation policies for bespoke floral designs, wedding flowers, and corporate events will be detailed in your individual service agreement. Deposits for these services are generally non-refundable, especially if creative work or material procurement has commenced.
• Workshops: Specific cancellation terms for workshops will be provided at the time of booking.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

5. Delivery Policy

Zenith Blooms offers delivery within specific geographic areas. Delivery charges are calculated based on location and will be communicated at the time of order. While we endeavor to meet requested delivery times, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In the event that the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will follow specified instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbour, in a safe place). If no instructions are provided or a safe alternative is unavailable, the item may be returned to our premises and redelivery charges may apply.

6. Product Quality and Substitutions

We are committed to providing the freshest and highest quality flowers and plants. Due to the seasonal nature and availability of certain blooms, slight variations from product images may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage with items of equal or greater value and similar style, ensuring the overall aesthetic and quality of the arrangement is maintained. We will always endeavor to inform you of significant substitutions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Zenith Blooms or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
